Pension Fund Management, Administration and the new Data Protection Laws

BIO: Grace Lindo is a Corporate/Commercial, Intellectual Property and Technology Lawyer as well as Certified Information Privacy Professional (E) in Jamaica passionate about the commercialization of innovative ideas with a special interest in technology transactions and regulation, FinTech, internet governance, e-commerce, digital privacy and security, energy, corporate restructuring, corporate acquisitions and finance as well as the regulation of charities. I practice at my own law firm, Carter Lindo, and I am also the operating principal of the Jamaican office/franchise of the LATAM intellectual property firm, Eproint.

Grace Lindo attended the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Chevening Scholar where she obtained her LLM in Competition, Innovation, and Trade.
